Longpi pottery, also known as stone pottery is a traditional craft from Manipur, India. What sets this craft apart is that it's made entirely by hand, without using a a potter’s wheel.

Using a blend of ground black serpentine stone and a special brown clay found exclusively in Longpi village, artisans meticulously shape, polish, and sun-dry their creations before firing them in bonfires.

The artisans make beautiful pots and cookware boasting a deep black hue and unparalleled durability.
